While Emily was waiting for Derek nearby the ladies room ...

John : Hey , Em .
Emily : (shocked and turn around)
John : (evil smile)
Emily : Ahmm .. John , I don't think this is the right time .
John : No , I wanna ask a few more questions .
Emily : W .. what is it ?
John : Can we go out for some time ? (speaks slowly)
Emily : No , I'm sorry . I'm busy this week .
John : Please ?
Emily : I really can't . Maybe next time ?
John : I want you to accept this . (shows a ring Emily)
Emily : A ring ?
John : Yes . A ring for you . I hope you like it .
Emily : (looks down) I'm sorry , I can't accept this . (return the ring back to John)
John : (look down on the ring) Why ?
Emily : I can't . Don't you know I'm attached with Derek .
John : Derek ? (angry expression)
Emily : Yes , Derek . Please stop your nonsense , alright . Just forget about me . (walk away)

Derek came while holding his bag pack .

Emily : (headache)
Derek : Hey , Em . (smiles)
Emily : Hey . (fake smile)
Derek : What's wrong ?
Emily : John , again . (roll eyes)
Derek : Why ? What happened ?
Emily : He gave me a ring and he wanted me to accept it .
Derek : What ? What kind of nonsense is that ?!
Emily : And .. I rejected it . I give it to him back and walk away .
Derek : That's it ?
Emily : That's it . He is so weird ! I told him to stop all of his nonsense and leave me alone .
Derek : And then ?
Emily : He looked upset after that . (walking with Derek)
Derek : Hmmph , he's such a nuisence .
Emily : He's still not enough with Jermaine in the past .
Derek : What did he do after you said that ?
Emily : I remembered that I told him that I'm currently attached with you .
Derek : And what's his reactions ?
Emily : His reactions totally changed . He looked shocked .
Derek : That's all ?

Helena : HEY , EMILY !
Emily : Oh , hey El !
Helena : So , how are you with Derek ?
Emily : It's already 1 week we're in relationship currently .

Emily : It's been 1 month right ?

Emily : Ermm .. it's El . We're talking randomly since it's been 3 days didn't talk to her .

Emily : It's Mr Jackson's lesson today . Ugh .
Helena : It's fun ! I love his lesson , it's getting more interesting !
Emily : Yeah , right El . (roll eyes)
Helena : Oh , here he comes . (smiles)
Emily : (look infront of the class)
Mr Jackson : Good morning , class .
Sutdents : Good morning , Mr Jackson .
Mr Jackson : Have a seat , please .

Everybody in the class takes time to sit down .

Mr Jackson : Today , we have a new student . Curtis .

Curtis walk into the classroom .

Mr Jackson : He'll be joining us till the end of the year . Remember , no bullies .

Students starts their gossiping and whispering to each other .
Curtis took a seat beside Emily which is empty .

Emily : (whisper to Helena) He's hot .
Helena : Oh , yes . (big grin)
Emily : (smiling at Curtis) Hi , Curtis . I'm Emily , just call me Em for short .
Curtis : Well , hello . (smiles)
Helena : So , why did you move here ?
Curtis : My parents had to move house around this area . So , that's the reason why .
Helena : Oh , I see .
Emily : Nevermind . You can join us during recess time . We introduce you to our friends in this school .
Curtis : Awesome . (smiles)
Mr Jackson : Alright , class. I'm giving out a grammar worksheet for you all to work it out .
Emily : Not again .
Helena : I bet this worksheet got to be challenging . (smiling)

During recess time .

Helena : Let me introduce you to our friends . Hey , Dave ! (kiss on Dave's cheeks)
Emily : This is Dave .
Dave : Nice to meet you . (shake hands with Curtis)

Emily : And this is my boyfriend , Derek .
Derek : Hey . (shake hands with Curtis)
Curtis : Hi . (smiles)
Emily : So , we're going to show you around the school . (smiling)

It's 1.30pm and the students in Beverly High School going back home .

Curtis : Hey , wanna hang out at the cafe nearby ?

Emily & Curtis : (turns around)
Derek : Where you both going now ?
Emily : Oh , we're going to the cafe nearby our school here . Wanna tag along ?

Later , at 4pm .

Curtis : Goodbye , Em ! (wave)
Emily : Bye ! (wave)
Derek : (silent)
Emily : Why you're so quiet since just now ?
Derek : Nothing . (shook head)
Emily : Are you sure you're okay ?
Derek : Yes , I am . (roll eyes)
Emily : Hmm .. fine .
Derek : I just don't want to disturb your conversation with Curtis .
Emily : It's okay if you interrupt us , we're still friends . We can talk to each other .
Derek : Yeah , right . I don't wanna be rude .

Emily : (looks down , tears rolling on her cheeks)

Emily : (crying on her bed)
Shane : (knocks the door) Em ? .. Emily ? Are you alright ?
Emily : (wipe her tears) I'm fine . (rest her jaw on the pillow)
Shane : Are you alright , honey ? You sound .. so , sad .
Emily : I just need some space for myself . Leave me alone .
Shane : Alright , fine .
